My perspective on this? I thoroughly concur and, truth be told, as far back as I heard Oprah being met about the time that she gets up in the first part of the day (5:00 a.m. additionally) - I settled on the cognizant choice to rise prior too. No more reasons for not completing my activity every day. The alert goes off at 5:45 - I'm ready to go.
